Mr. Krumholz graduated from Boston University in 1990 with a degree in political science, and received his J.D. degree in 1993 from Quinnipiac University School of Law. He was admitted in 1993 to both the New Jersey and Federal Court. Mr. Krumholz is a longtime member of the American Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association.

Mr. Krumholz has a broad range of experience in real estate from the formation of real estate entities to property acquisitions and sales to real estate litigation. Mr. Krumholz has represented numerous homeowners looking to buy, sell, or lease their primary residence, second home, or investment property. He has also worked for real estate management and development companies. His representation has included property acquisitions and sales, leases, management agreements, non-disturbance agreements, easements, reservations, licenses, risk management agreements, brokerage agreements, mortgages, land use, environmental matters, and more.
